SCRIPT POLISH

Are you looking to polish your script off before submitting to a festival or a lab?

Daysha can go through and make sure all your T’s are crossed and all your I’s are dotted before you submit.

PLEASE NOTE: This service is only light proofreading which I define as:

  • Grammar correction in the non-dialogue text on the page (unless directed to do so)

  • Spelling correction in the non-dialogue text on the page (unless directed to do so)

  • Punctuation correction

This rate does not include correcting any improper formatting or feedback on the work.

However, if Daysha thinks your script would benefit from any larger edits, she will offer recommendations.

Script Read Through + Notes

Getting feedback can be the worst part of the writing process. But it needs to be done in order to get your script ready to be submitted.

However, it does NOT need to be a painful, soul-crushing experience.

If you know that you need nurturing and constructive feedback on your latest script draft, then you have come to the right place.

With three years of educating and working with UCLA undergraduates on their dramatic writing skills, Daysha is highly trained in how to provide feedback that will help you take your script to the next level in a thoughtful and motivating way.

The basic package includes a read through of your script and notes provided via email using Daysha’s custom evaluation form.
